The Path to your Dream Office – How vitalistic chiropractic can be realised in practice
The aim of our chiropractic work is to make the full personal potential available. Of course, this also applies to ourselves. In practical terms, this means we must first develop a picture of our own dream practice: What do I want to achieve? How do I want to work? What do I stand for? What sort of work-life balance am I aiming for? A clear goal has first to be defined and then implemented step by step. But what possibilities are there? What works? Which tools are effective in practice? And above all: Will I be able to inspire my patients at all? The development of a practice is closely connected with one’s own personal development – and also in the willingness to leave one’s own personal comfort zone. Questioning and developing one’s own principles are constantly necessary in order to be clear about your own personal chiropractic conviction. When this clarity is reflected in practice, in the entire team and in every adjustment, it conveys the authenticity that the patient is looking for. This lecture will examine the process of building your own dream practice, using the example of a complete practice restructuring that began in 2014, showing how the ups and downs, and the initial worries and fears can be galvanised to turn the dream into reality.
